Supporting a Culture of Data Use

Dr. Jeffrey Wayman explains the importance of providing supports for data use. Schools can build capacity for data use through supports such as a school-based facilitator, well-defined training, and dedicated time for teachers to collaborate and have conversations around data use. Dr. Wayman notes that the facilitators need to have structured roles and extensive training.
