Use this assessment form to evaluate the school's staffing strengths and needs, in order to reassign, hire, or otherwise change staff assignments to better turn around the school. Principals need to consider the level of staff trust that currently exists. To ask teachers to complete a self-assessment of their knowledge and skills requires a high level of trust between teachers and the administration of the school.
